Join me at Kimsquit Bay Lodge on the lower Dean River, BC June 26th – July 3rd for a week of chasing Chinook salmon and some early steelhead on the Dean River. Dean River Chinook (King) salmon are some of the freshest, hardest-fighting fish in the world. These fish can be just minutes or hours out of the ocean dawning sea lice and are notorious for taking anglers deep into the backing.
The Dean river is known by many to be the Shangri-La for salmon and steelhead fly anglers. The river is set up perfectly for the swung fly and hosts many big, broad runs perfectly suited for the spey rod and swung fly. Not to mention it happens to sit in one of the most beautiful settings around.
The details: $6100 to and from Smithers, BC, Canada. For more info, check out the website linked above or feel free to contact with any questions. Kimsquit Bay Lodge also has a few openings the prior week, June 19th-26th as well.
