Trinity/Klamath Report

Just a quick report on the Trinity and Klamath rivers. Both rivers were fishing extremely well before the last two rainstorms. We were seeing fish on both skaters and swung wet flies. In the last week we have had two big rainstorms that have blown out both rivers in their lower reaches. While the Klamath has seen a good number of half pounders, there have only been some smaller adults in the mix. On the Trinity, we have been seeing really good returns of adult fish that are now spread throughout the system. As soon as both rivers drop a bit and the fish begin to hold fishing should be red hot! Pics and another report to come once I get a DECENT internet connection.

If you want to get in on the action this fall, here are the dates we have left…

October: 19-21

November: 5-6, 13-16
